Meet the Founder
I'm a CPA by trade, and I've spent years learning the numbers behind short term rental listings, what actually drives occupancy, what guests are really paying for, and why some properties outperform their neighbors. That combination of accounting and design is exactly why I created Zogg Design Co. I wanted to build a firm for hosts who want more than a pretty listing, but rather one backed by real market data and financial strategy.
I believe the numbers tell a story about every property. My job is to learn your property's story, design around it, and create a space that's not just beautiful, but built to perform.
The Process

I start with the numbers. Submit up to 36 months of reservation data, and I will build a complete financial package covering Average Daily Rate, Occupancy Rate, Seasonality Trends, Booking Lead Time, and Cost Analysis. This financial foundation shapes every design decision that follows, because the best design decisions are the ones backed by data.

Every market rewards something different, and knowing what your guests actually want is what separates a good listing from a fully booked one. I analyze your specific market, benchmark your property against top-performing comparables in the area, and identify your biggest opportunities. The result is a complete market analysis paired with a custom target market profile.

Translate your financial and market insights into a complete design direction. You'll receive a whole-property mood board plus room-level boards for your five highest-revenue spaces, brought to life with AI-generated renderings. Every choice is tied back to the data, not guesswork, and comes with a full procurement list, shoppable links, and estimated cost for every item. From there, execution is yours. New to short-term rentals? No problem. If your property doesn't have reservation history yet, I analyze market data from comparable properties in your area to project your financial performance instead. It's a broader estimate than working from your own booking data, but it still gives you a data-backed foundation for confident design decisions, before you ever open your doors. You still get the full financial analysis, market research, and virtual design experience.
